Today, the end of the Sude "miracle"
Now even more Albanians are crowding toward the counters that offer millions on "usury"
Today, the end of the Sude "miracle"
"From tomorrow there will be no more such high interest rates"
With a disoriented frenzy under the shadow of a human hell two days ago and yesterday behind the iron doors offering millions
"I sold my son's house so that he could emigrate, and I decided to double the money with Sude"
TIRANA - More than 400 people spent the night in line outside the "Sude" counters on Wednesday evening and yesterday at midday to withdraw their profits, after its owner announced in the evening that starting from today the interest on deposited money would be reduced to 5 percent per month. People from all over Albania have rushed to the company's offices, which has promised that, in the absence of units, it will pay the doubled profit in cash. Meanwhile, reports of winners, who have even sold their homes to invest in the firm’s activity, have increased by 10 percent in the northern cities. At least a fivefold return on interest over 27 consecutive weeks had by yesterday been achieved by tens of thousands of people. They had invested their savings in this activity, which had continued for more than three months.
TIRANA - People are going there without a queue, because the working counter causes long lines, but the entrance to the other counter for withdrawing sums has fewer people. The ticket seller announces loudly that for this counter they must come back tomorrow afternoon. The door opens and people push their way in. Some hold notebooks with names and amounts in their hands. Others stand silently, leaning against the railings. A woman says she sold her son's house so that he could emigrate and decided to double the money with Sude. An elderly man says he brought the family savings. The atmosphere is strange, like celebration and anxiety at the same time.

A monstrous intervention[?], but the old application of the profession over the school building has still not subsided
TIRANA - At the private secondary school "Medrese" the tension of the last few hours has turned into clashes. Private security teams and police forces have once again been deployed in front of the school building after the students attempted to enter inside. Hundreds of young people broke through the blockade and entered the school courtyard to continue their lessons. The situation was accompanied by shouts, shoving and political accusations.
The young people say that lessons cannot be interrupted. The protest organizers are demanding the release of the premises and a return to normality. In the background remain accusations over ownership, administrative decisions and police intervention. Some parents stated that they would stay by their children until the end.
